The Playbook: Football Coach ("the App") is developed by Biancamano Ventures LTD ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
You can design plays, build playbooks, create game plans and practice plans, and print everything without creating an account. Used this way, your content is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. If you delete the App, that data is deleted with it.
If you create an account so you can share a playbook with your team, we collect your email address and the name you choose to display. This is used to sign you in, to show your teammates who you are, and to send password-reset emails. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Authentication and storage are provided by Google Firebase. Their handling of this data is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security policy.
If you create or join a team, the playbooks and plays that team's admins choose to share are stored on our servers so every member's device can receive them. Anyone who is a member of that team can see that content. Team owners and admins can add, change, or delete it. Content you keep outside a team stays on your device.
We also store your team's name, motto, join code, and the list of members and their roles.
Jersey numbers, positions, and similar roster details you enter are stored with your team so your staff can see them. If you are not using a team, they stay on your device.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment information. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Purchases are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.
The App contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
You can leave a team at any time from the My Team screen. A team owner can delete the team, which removes its playbooks and member list from our servers. To delete your account and the email address associated with it, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
The App is intended for coaches and team staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts are meant to be created by adults. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If the App adds features that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the change noted in the App Store release notes.
